Situated just 500 metres from Les Terrasses du Port shopping centre in Marseille, Golden Tulip Marseille Euromed boasts sea views as well as free access to a fitness area, indoor pool and sun terrace.... I was in Marseille for the first time and I was not aware how far the hotel is located from downtown. Nevertheless the location is very good, public transport is exactly 2 minutes from the main entrance and it takes 10 minutes to be in the center. Additionally, despite covid restrictions, breakfast was amazing, served in a very nice way. Big variety of food choices. I also need to add a very nice surprise that I have experienced when we checked in. The hotel takes a deposit of 150 euro, which can be used on the bar, restaurant etc. so wherever you go, there is no need of bringing a wallet with you! Deposit is fully refundable when not used. I have not met such feature in any hotel so far.
